At Spragg's Meat Shop, we love a good smoked meat! There is something special about cooking 'low and slow,' and it's not just the flavour (although that is pretty great too), it's also the experience and the effort that goes into the process. While our family business has grown since our humble beginnings with a few pigs, to offer a wide variety of local proteins in our meat shop, pork will always remain our specialty. We work hard to produce the best pork for you, from the day the pigs are born, to the day the pork chops are cut, bacon is smoked, and the roast is marinated.
