Grilled Peanut Butter, Bacon, and Banana
AKA The Elvis Sandwich! Cook bacon in a large skillet for 6-8 minutes. Set bacon aside, and stir into peanut butter. Transfer fat into a small bowl. Add butter and granulated sugar. Spread on 1 side of each bread slice. Heat 2 tablespoons fat, add bananas and brown sugar, and cook 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat, and add bourbon. Add peanut butter mixture and banana slices to bread. Cook sandwiches in skillet over medium heat. Cool 3 minutes, serve and enjoy!
Kale, Bacon & Egg Whole-Wheat Breakfast Sandwich
Who’s up for a healthy brunch? Cook bacon in skillet until crisp. Add garlic and kale to skillet, and cook over medium-high heat. Sprinkle with vinegar, and remove from pan. Fry egg over medium heat. Assemble sandwich with kale on bottom, layer of bacon, and fried egg on top. Tasty!
Bacon and Butternut Squash Grilled Cheese
Perfect timing for butternut squash season! Fry bacon in a pan. Add onions and sauté until caramelized. Add chopped butternut squash, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Place shredded Gouda on bread, add butternut squash, and add crumbled bacon on top of cheese. Cook sandwich in skillet over medium-low heat.
Cheddar, Bacon, Tomato, Jam, Pickled Jalapenos, and BBQ Potato Chips Grilled Cheese
Spread tomato jam on bread. Add cheese, crispy bacon, and sprinkle on jalapenos. Add a layer of BBQ chips, and top with cheese. Butter the sandwich and place in a skillet. Cook on medium heat until all sides are golden brown. We know the whole family is going to love this recipe!
